submit a complaint immediately upon identifying a defect, damage or anything else that is justifiable of a complaint.<br \/>In order to submit a complaint, you must fill out our complaint form below and click &#8216;Send&#8217;.<\/p><p><strong>When can I expect a response?<\/strong><br \/>We will process your complaint as quickly as possible, and in most cases within two business complaints concerning transport damage or defects found upon delivery to the end customer or to your warehouse must be submitted by no later than 30 days after receipt of the item(s) in question.<\/p><p><strong>TIP: Provide a possible solution to the complaint.<\/strong><br \/>We cannot guarantee that your suggestion will be followed, but we may expedite the solution to the complaint
